Welcome to the third edition of the Rainforest Youth Summit (RAYS). This year, we continue our mission to empower young leaders, guided by the theme “Youth: Many Ways, One Planet.”
RAYS 2026 celebrates the diverse paths young people take in shaping a better and more sustainable future, highlighting the power of shared purpose across cultures, communities, and ecosystems. The summit emphasises collaboration, indigenous wisdom, and innovative solutions for people and the planet.
Returning to Kuching, Sarawak, RAYS 2026 brings together youth, experts, and partners to co-create meaningful action for a more resilient and inclusive world.
Types of Sessions: Plenary, Panel Sessions, Workshops, Wellness, Screenings, Youth Outcome Labs.

Our mission is to support young people in understanding their role as stewards of land, culture, and community. We do this by creating grounded spaces where youth, Indigenous knowledge holders, and practitioners can learn, connect, and shape practical solutions for climate and biodiversity challenges.
