Bringing culture, creativity, and community into the heart of the Rainforest Youth Summit.
The Rainforest Youth Summit is proud to work with The Culture Capital as our local partner. Together, we shape meaningful spaces where local and indigenous culture, knowledge, and creativity meet youth enthusiasm and contemporary practices, creating a more immersive and enriching summit experience.

The Culture Capital is an independent creative agency for purposeful storytelling and design. Grounded in heritage, they apply the same level of authenticity and craft across everything - from cultural campaigns and films to podcasts and corporate work.

The partnership between RAYS and The Culture Capital is rooted in a shared commitment to empowering youth and amplifying diverse perspectives. By integrating culture into the summit experience, we create spaces that are not only informative, but also reflective, inclusive, and impactful.
“If we don’t tell these stories right, they get misinterpreted - and we’re not okay with that. RAYS is how we make it stick, by showing up and backing the young people who know who they are and won’t let their story and identity be changed.”

We respectfully acknowledge that this summit takes place on the ancestral lands of the Indigenous peoples of Sarawak, including the Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu, and Malay communities. We honour their enduring connection to this land, their cultures, and their traditions, and recognise their continued contributions to the richness of Sarawak's heritage.
