Lily is a 24-year-old Singaporean-Iranian changemaker and one of the co-founders of YOUTHTOPIA. Since its launch in 2020, YOUTHTOPIA has focused on empowering young people through peer-to-peer programmes that equip students with the tools, confidence, and skills needed to become effective changemakers in their communities. Lily is also a graduate in Global Affairs and Environmental Studies from Yale-NUS College, where she developed a strong interest in youth leadership, social impact, and community development. Reflecting the values of YOUTHTOPIA, she remains actively involved in grassroots initiatives and volunteer work across Singapore. She currently leads the Moulmein-Cairnhill Mentoring and Tutoring Programme, which supports disadvantaged students through mentorship and educational guidance. In addition, Lily became the youngest person ever elected to the PAP Policy Forum Council, where she advocates for more inclusive and youth-centric policies within government spaces. Through her work in education, policy, and community engagement, Lily continues to champion youth empowerment and meaningful civic participation.
